Simmer Slowly Scallion (1 bunch), Kosher Salt (to taste), Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste), Grape Tomatoes (5), Quintisho Chili Pepper (1), and Lemons (3 slices) on low heat basting with Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 cup) until Canned Tuna (1 can) is cooked to your preferred temperature
