Quintisho Chili Pepper

Tuna

Salad Greens

Step 1
Simmer Slowly Scallions (2) , Kosher Salt (to taste) , Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste) , Grape Tomatoes (5) , Quintisho Chili Pepper (1) , and Lemons (3 slices) on low heat basting with Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 cup) until Tuna (1 can) is cooked to your preferred temperature
Step 2
Serve with the Salad Greens (to taste) of your choice and Garlic (2 cloves) ! Enjoy!
