1/3 cup

Granulated Sugar

•

2 tsp

Vanilla Extract

•

Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground

Ground Nutmeg

Heavy Cream

•

1/2 cup

Whole Milk

•

1/2 cup

Bourbon

•

4 Tbsp

Dark Rum

Cooking Instructions

Separate all Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (3) .

In a large bowl beat yolks with Granulated Sugar (1/3 cup) , Vanilla Extract (2 tsp) , Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 tsp) , and Ground Nutmeg (1/2 tsp) until thick.

In another bowl beat Heavy Cream (1 cup) and Whole Milk (1/2 cup) until thick but still pourable.

Mix egg yolk mixture and cream together until combined.

While beating, stream in Bourbon (1/2 cup) , Dark Rum (4 Tbsp) , and Brandy (4 Tbsp) .

Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.

Fold whites into the mixture.

Cover the container and place it outdoors (or in a cool place) for at least 12 hours and up to 72 hours. Stir every so often.

Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Author's Notes

For best results, let sit for 12-72 hours.
