Separate all Egg (3).
In a large bowl beat yolks with Granulated Sugar (1/3 cup), Vanilla Extract (2 teaspoon), Ground Cinnamon (1 teaspoon), and Ground Nutmeg (1/2 teaspoon) until thick.
In another bowl beat Heavy Cream (1 cup) and Whole Milk (1/2 cup) until thick but still pourable.
Mix egg yolk mixture and cream together until combined.
While beating, stream in Bourbon (1/2 cup), Dark Rum (1/4 cup), and Brandy (1/4 cup).
Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
Fold whites into the mixture.
Cover the container and place it outdoors (or in a cool place) for at least 12 hours and up to 72 hours. Stir every so often.
Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
