Separate all Eggs (3).

In a large bowl beat yolks with Granulated Sugar (1/3 cup), Vanilla Extract (2 tsp), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 tsp), and Ground Nutmeg (as needed) until thick.

In another bowl beat Heavy Cream (1 cup) and Whole Milk (1/2 cup) until thick but still pourable.

Mix egg yolk mixture and cream together until combined.
step 5
While beating, stream in Bourbon (1/2 cup), Dark Rum (4 Tbsp), and Brandy (4 Tbsp).

Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.

Fold whites into the mixture.
step 8
Cover the container and place it outdoors (or in a cool place) for at least 12 hours and up to 72 hours. Stir every so often.
step 9
Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
