Step 1
Gather
Water (1 cup)
,
Butter (3 Tbsp)
,
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
,
Egg (1)
,
Salt (1 tsp)
,
Bread Flour (3 1/3 cups)
, and
Instant Dry Yeast (1 Tbsp)
.
Step 2
Place all gathered ingredients in the bread machine according to your machine directions. Turn on the dough setting and let it complete it's cycle. Let it rest in the machine another 30 minutes. Until the dough is almost coming out of the bowl.
Step 3
For the filling, mix the
Ground Cinnamon (1/2 Tbsp)
and
Granulated Sugar (1/3 cup)
together and set aside.
Step 4
Once the dough cycle is complete. Flour surface and roll out dough in a rectangle about 18 by 9 or around that.
Step 5
Spread
Butter (1/2 stick)
over the surface, and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar over the butter.
Step 6
Roll up tightly then cut in one inch circles and place in a buttered baking dish. Use a 1/4 sheet pan lined with parchment paper, that has been buttered.
Step 7
Place the cinnamon rolls in the pan and let the rolls rise another 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours until they double in size.
Step 8
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 9
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Step 10
In the meantime mix the
Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1 1/4 cups)
,
Corn Syrup (1 tsp)
,
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
,
Heavy Cream (2 Tbsp)
,
Cream Cheese (4 Tbsp)
and
Butter (1 Tbsp)
for the glaze.
Step 11
Once the cinnamon rolls are finished, glaze while they are still hot.
