Sweet Potato Gratin is a twist on the classic baked side dish. This dish is perfect for serving with any meat, or with a side salad as a vegetarian main.

1 kilogram Sweet Potato
1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
2 teaspoon Olive Oil
300 milliliter Whipping Cream

STEP 1
Peel and slice the Sweet Potato (1 kilogram) and put them into a bowl.
STEP 2
Add the Garlic (3 clove), Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1 teaspoon) and Olive Oil (2 teaspoon).
STEP 3
Use two spoons to toss the potatoes and mix the ingredients.
STEP 4
Arrange the sweet potato pieces into a casserole dish lightly greased with cooking spray.
STEP 5
Drizzle the Whipping Cream (300 milliliter) over all of the sweet potato pieces.
STEP 6
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
STEP 7
Put the sweet potatoes in the oven for about an hour or until the sweet potatoes are nice and tender.
STEP 8
Serve and enjoy!
