Cooking Instructions
1.
Peel and slice the Sweet Potatoes (2.2 lb) and put them into a bowl.
2.
Add the Garlic (3 cloves), Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1 tsp) and Olive Oil (2 tsp).
3.
Use two spoons to toss the potatoes and mix the ingredients.
4.
Arrange the sweet potato pieces into a casserole dish lightly greased with cooking spray.
5.
Drizzle the Kemps Heavy Whipping Cream (1 1/4 cups) over all of the sweet potato pieces.
6.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
7.
Put the sweet potatoes in the oven for about an hour or until the sweet potatoes are nice and tender.
8.
Serve and enjoy!
