This pink and elegant no-bake red dragon fruit cheesecake looks very pretty in double layers. Although there's white chocolate and sugar in the recipe, the cake is not very sweet and has a hint of citrusy lemon.

Philadelphia Original Soft Cheese, room temperature

Natural Unflavored Yogurt

I used Meiji brand white chocolate
1/4 cup
Powdered Confectioners Sugar, sifted
1 1/2 Tbsp
Gelatin Powder
mix with 2 Tbsp water and let soak for 2 minutess to bloom the gelatin
