Natural Unflavored Yogurt

Lemon , juiced
1/2 Tbsp juice per 4 servings, or to taste
2/3 cup
White Chocolate
I used Meiji brand white chocolate
1/4 cup
Powdered Confectioners Sugar , sifted
1 1/2 Tbsp
Gelatin Powder
mix with 2 Tbsp water and let soak for 2 minutess to bloom the gelatin

Make the biscuit base: Grease the sides of a 6-inch removable cake pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
Step 2
Crush Digestive Biscuits (3/4 cup) coarsely and mix well with Butter (2 1/2 Tbsp) . Add little more butter if you find the crumbly biscuits are too dry.
