Combine Pumpkin Purée (1/2 cup), Chickpeas (1 can), Lemon (1/2), Garlic (2 clove), Tahini (2 tablespoon), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (3 tablespoon), Water (2 tablespoon), Sea Salt (1/2 teaspoon), Ground Cumin (1/2 teaspoon), Chili Powder (1/2 teaspoon), Ground Cinnamon (1/4 teaspoon), and Cayenne Pepper (1/8 teaspoon) in the bowl of a food processor or high-speed blender. Process or blend until smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape down sides of bowl or pitcher.
Drizzle Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 tablespoon) over the top and top with Smoked Paprika (to taste) and Pumpkin Seeds (to taste). Serve with raw veggies, chips, and/or crackers. Also, wonderful as a topping for sweet potatoes, salads, and wraps.
