Combine Pumpkin Purée (1/2 cup), Chickpeas (1 can), {@10:}, Garlic (2 cloves), Tahini (2 Tbsp), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (3 Tbsp), {@11:}, Sea Salt (1/2 tsp), Ground Cumin (1/2 tsp), Chili Powder (1/2 tsp), Ground Cinnamon (1/4 tsp), and Cayenne Pepper (1/8 tsp) in the bowl of a food processor or high-speed blender. Process or blend until smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape down sides of bowl or pitcher.
