Combine Pumpkin Purée (1/2 cup) , Chickpeas (1 can) , Lemon (1/2) , Garlic (2 cloves) , Tahini (2 Tbsp) , Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (3 Tbsp) , Water (2 Tbsp) , Sea Salt (1/2 tsp) , Ground Cumin (1/2 tsp) , Chili Powder (1/2 tsp) , Ground Cinnamon (1/4 tsp) , and Cayenne Pepper (1/8 tsp) in the bowl of a food processor or high-speed blender. Process or blend until smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape down sides of bowl or pitcher.
Step 2
Drizzle Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) over the top and top with Smoked Paprika (to taste) and Pumpkin Seeds (to taste) . Serve with raw veggies, chips, and/or crackers. Also, wonderful as a topping for sweet potatoes, salads, and wraps.
