Preheat the oven to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Get two sheets of ready rolled
Puff Pastry (2 sheets)
which have been just thawed out. Put on some
Basil Pesto (3/4 cup)
on top of it.
Spread the sauce all over the surface of the pastry. Then scatter over some
Sun-Dried Tomatoes (1 cup)
Scatter over some
Feta Cheese (1 1/3 cups)
Roll them up half way to the middle and roll up the other side. Make sure the two sides are pressed together.
Use a sharp knife to cut these into one-inch pieces.
Transfer the pieces onto a baking tray. Brush the sides and the top with a little bit of beaten
. This will help to make the pastry lovely and golden.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden and puff.
