Gather your Bread (4 slices) and cut the crusts off. Flatten that bread out.

Divide the Canned Tuna (1/3 cup) over one third of each slice of bread. Next, add in some Avocado (1/2) and a little bit of Cream Cheese (4 Tbsp). Make sure that you leave a little tiny gap at the edge.

Gently roll up each of these rolls. Make sure they are nice and tight.

Cut each roll into three even pieces.
