Cooking Instructions
1.
Slice the Bread (1 loaf).
2.
In a pot add the Milk (4 cups), Granulated Sugar (1/3 cup), Cinnamon Stick (1), and bring up to a boil.
3.
Soak the bread in warm milk.
4.
In a frying pan add a good amount of olive oil and heat it up.
5.
In a plate or bowl beat the Eggs (4). Soak the bread into the beaten eggs and fry the bread.
6.
Set the bread on some kitchen paper towel to drain the excess oil.
7.
On a plate, mix the Ground Cinnamon (to taste) with granulated sugar.
8.
Coat the slices of bread in the cinnamon-sugar mixture. You can eat the torrijas warm or cold. Enjoy!
