Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Start to cook Pasta (1 pound) according to package directions, using a small amount of salt.
Step 3
Chop up leftover Pulled Pork (2 cup).
Step 4
Drain the pasta and set it aside to start making the cheese sauce.
Step 5
In a large pot on medium-high heat, add Unsalted Butter (1/4 cup) until melted.
Step 6
Whisk in the All-Purpose Flour (1/4 cup) and cook for about one minute.
Step 7
Reduce heat to medium and add Milk (1 cup), Heavy Cream (2 cup), Dry Mustard (1 teaspoon), and Ground Black Pepper (1/2 teaspoon). Whisk until it begins to bubble.
Step 8
Reduce the heat to low and add Shredded White Cheddar Cheese (2 cup). Stir until melted.
Step 9
Add cooked pasta, stirring until combined. Remove from heat.
Step 10
Place mac and cheese in an oven-safe skillet, flatten it lightly.
Step 11
Sprinkle chopped pulled pork over top.
Step 12
Sprinkle Panko Breadcrumbs (1/4 cup) evenly over top and spray with Spray Butter (as needed).
Step 13
Bake for approximately 10 minutes at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C), you may broil for a few additional minutes if it's taking longer to become golden on top.
