Zest a bit of Lemon (1/2) for garnish and then juice it.
Cut the Avocado (1) in half, pit it and remove the flesh of the avocado. Peel the Garlic (1 clove).
Bring water to a boil and start cooking Spaghetti (5 ounce) according to package's instructions.
Put Olive Oil (2 tablespoon), Salt (1/2 teaspoon), garlic clove and the flesh of the avocado into a blender.
Blend for about a minute until smooth.
Drain pasta when done. Mix with avocado cream and serve immediately. Garnish with the zest.
