Cover Beef Short Ribs (6) with Olive Oil (1/4 cup) and rub in well.
In a shallow bowl, combine both the Beef Seasoning (3 tablespoon) and All-Purpose Seasoning (1 tablespoon).
Add oiled short ribs and rub in the seasoning well. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight for more flavor penetration.
Preheat smoker to 225 degrees F (110 degrees C).
Place short ribs in the smoker. Smoke for 4 hours and spray with Apple Juice (as needed) every hour.
Allow the short ribs to rest for 10 minutes. After 4 hours all you have to do is enjoy!
