Strain drippings from your turkey into a bowl.
Melt Butter (4 tablespoon) in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add All-Purpose Flour (1/4 cup) and stir until completely melted in.
Add strained turkey drippings and stir until it comes to a light boil.
Add Fresh Cilantro (to taste) and stir.
Pour into a gravy bowl. Add Chicken Broth (as needed), start with 1/4 cup or less, stir in well and add chicken broth until you reach your desired consistency.
