Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Line baking sheet with parchment or baking paper.
In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients:
Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (1 cup)
Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (1/2 cup)
Granulated Sugar (2 Tbsp)

Seperate the white from the

Gently incorporate the dry ingredients to it.
Lastly, add the
Coconut Oil (1 Tbsp)
. Drop about a tablespoon of dough onto prepared baking tray.
