Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Line baking sheet with parchment or baking paper.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients: Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (1 cup) , Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (1/2 cup) , and Granulated Sugar (2 Tbsp) . Give it a stir.
Step 3
Seperate the white from the Eggs (2) . Whip up the egg white until it forms stiff peaks.
Step 4
Gently incorporate the dry ingredients to it.
Step 5
Lastly, add the Coconut Oil (1 Tbsp) . Drop about a tablespoon of dough onto prepared baking tray.
Step 6
Bake for about 10-15 minutes. Let the cookies cool down then serve. Enjoy!
