The asparagus can be wrapped up to a day in advance, stored in the fridge, and then baked right before serving.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
Trim the tough ends off of the Asparagus (3 cups) . Take the Prosciutto (6 oz) slices and cut them in half horizontally so you have long strips to wrap.
