Step 1
In a bowl add the
Gluten-Free Oat Flour (3/4 cup)

Coconut Oil (0.5 oz)

Granulated Erythritol (1/4 cup)

Salt (1 pinch)

Water (1 oz)
, and
Dry Mixed Spice (2 Tbsp)
. Using a spoon mix all the ingredients together.
Step 2
Roll out the dough and cut out your cookies in the shape you prefer. I used some mini cookie cutters.
Step 3
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 4
Bake cookies in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 7 minutes.
