In a bowl add the Gluten-Free Oat Flour (80 gram), Coconut Oil (15 gram), Granulated Erythritol (50 gram), Salt (1 pinch), Water (30 gram), and Dry Mixed Spice (2 tablespoon). Using a spoon mix all the ingredients together.
Roll out the dough and cut out your cookies in the shape you prefer. I used some mini cookie cutters.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Bake cookies in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 7 minutes.
