Cooking Instructions

In a bowl add the Gluten-Free Oat Flour (3/4 cup), Coconut Oil (0.5 oz), Granulated Erythritol (1/4 cup), Salt (1 pinch), Water (1 oz), and Dry Mixed Spice (2 Tbsp). Using a spoon mix all the ingredients together.

Roll out the dough and cut out your cookies in the shape you prefer. I used some mini cookie cutters.
3.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
4.
Bake cookies in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 7 minutes.
