Step 1
In a bowl whisk together
Egg Whites (4 Tbsp)

Almond Butter (1/2 Tbsp)

Granulated Erythritol (2 Tbsp)

Sift in
Soy Flour (1/3 cup)
and
Protein Powder (1 1/2 Tbsp)
. Stir in
Mini Dark Chocolate Chips (as needed)

Drop tablespoons of dough onto a sheet of parchment paper.
Step 4
In a separate bowl whisk the remaining
Egg Whites (4 Tbsp)
whites,
Granulated Erythritol (2 Tbsp)
, and
Almond Butter (1/2 Tbsp)
. Then add the
Soy Flour (1/3 cup)
,
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1 Tbsp)
, and remaining
Protein Powder (1 Tbsp)
.
Step 5
Drop tablespoons of dough right next to the white ones, making sure they slightly overlap on each others
Step 6
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 7
Bake in the preheated oven at 350 degrees C (180 degrees C) for about 12-15 minutes.
Step 8
Let the cookies cool down completely before lifting them. Store them in a jar or a ziplock bag.
