Cooking Instructions

In a saucepan whisk together Egg Yolks (4), Granulated Erythritol (4 Tbsp), and zest of a Lemon (1) and Orange (1).

Sift in the Corn Starch (1/4 cup) and whisk until combined.
3.
Next squeeze in the juice of an orange and slowly pour in the Oat Milk (1 2/3 cups), whisking constantly.
4.
Bring mixture to a gentle boil over low heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. You can use this cream with cakes or serve it as it is with a side of fresh fruit.
