Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
In a food processor combine the
Dry Red Beans (1 cup)
Bananas (3/4 cup)
Maple Syrup (3 Tbsp)
Almond Flour (1/4 cup)
Coconut Flour (1 Tbsp)
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (3 1/2 Tbsp)
Ground Cinnamon (1 dash)
Salt (1 pinch)
Blend until creamy.
Divide into 12 balls and place on a parchment-lined tray, gently press them down with the back of a fork.
Bake in your preheated oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 12-15 minutes. These store best in your fridge for 2-3 days.
