Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
In a food processor combine the Dry Red Beans (240 gram), Banana (130 gram), Maple Syrup (3 tablespoon) if using, Almond Flour (30 gram), Coconut Flour (10 gram), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (20 gram), Ground Cinnamon (1 dash), and Salt (1 pinch).
Blend until creamy.
Divide into 12 balls and place on a parchment-lined tray, gently press them down with the back of a fork.
Bake in your preheated oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 12-15 minutes. These store best in your fridge for 2-3 days.
