Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
In a food processor combine the Dry Red Beans (1 cup) , Bananas (3/4 cup) , Maple Syrup (3 Tbsp) if using, Almond Flour (1/4 cup) , Coconut Flour (1 Tbsp) , Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (3 1/2 Tbsp) , Ground Cinnamon (1 dash) , and Salt (1 pinch) .
Step 3
Blend until creamy.
Step 4
Divide into 12 balls and place on a parchment-lined tray, gently press them down with the back of a fork.
Step 5
Bake in your preheated oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 12-15 minutes. These store best in your fridge for 2-3 days.
