Cooking Instructions

Whisk together the Egg (1), Soy Milk (4 oz), Vanilla Extract (as needed), and Cream of Tartar (1 tsp).

Add in the Almond Flour (3/4 cup), Coconut Sugar (2 tsp), Xanthan Gum (as needed), Ground Cinnamon (1 dash), and stir until a creamy batter forms.
3.
Cook your pancakes on a hot, greased pan for a few minutes on each side and serve with fresh or cooked fruit and maple syrup.
