Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
In a blender process Banana (300 gram), Almond Milk (180 gram), Chickpea Flour (180 gram), Coconut Flour (30 gram), Salt (1 pinch), Baking Powder (10 gram), and Xanthan Gum (4 gram).
Add in the Vegan Dark Chocolate Chips (40 gram) and Vegan White Chocolate Chips (40 gram) and stir them into the batter.
Lay a 22-centimeter cake pan with parchment paper and pour in the mixture, slice up a banana length-wise and place it on top.
Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 40 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let the cake cool down completely. Slice it up and enjoy.
