Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a blender process
Bananas (2 cups)

Almond Milk (6.5 oz)

Chickpea Flour (1 cup)

Coconut Flour (1/4 cup)

Salt (1 pinch)

Baking Powder (1 Tbsp)

Xanthan Gum (1/2 tsp)

Step 3
Add in the
Vegan Dark Chocolate Chips (3 1/2 Tbsp)
and
Vegan White Chocolate Chips (3 1/2 Tbsp)
and stir them into the batter.
Step 4
Lay a 22-centimeter cake pan with parchment paper and pour in the mixture, slice up a banana length-wise and place it on top.
Step 5
Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 40 minutes.
Step 6
Remove from the oven and let the cake cool down completely. Slice it up and enjoy.
