Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
In a bowl whisk Egg (2) and Granulated Sugar (120 gram) until light in color and foamy. Add in Vegetable Oil (60 milliliter) and Greek Yogurt (200 gram).
Add in the Lemon (1), and Salt (1 pinch). Last, sift in the Cake Flour (200 gram) and Baking Powder (10 gram) and fold everything together gently.
Grease and dust with flour a 22-centimeter cake pan. Pour in the cake batter and top with Peach (2).
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 40 minutes.
