Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Eggs (3 Tbsp)
Coconut Oil (0.5 oz)
Protein Powder (1 1/2 Tbsp)
Granulated Erythritol (1 Tbsp)
Soy Flour (1/3 cup)
Baking Powder (1 1/4 tsp)
Salt (1 pinch)
Dark Chocolate Chips (1 handful)

Drop tablespoons of dough on parchment paper and bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool down completely.
