Mix the Eggs (3 Tbsp), Coconut Oil (0.5 oz), Protein Powder (1 1/2 Tbsp), Granulated Erythritol (1 Tbsp), Soy Flour (1/3 cup), Baking Powder (1 1/4 tsp), Salt (1 pinch), and Dark Chocolate Chips (1 handful), if using, in a bowl.
