Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Mix the Eggs (3 Tbsp) , Coconut Oil (0.5 oz) , Protein Powder (1 1/2 Tbsp) , Granulated Erythritol (1 Tbsp) , Soy Flour (1/3 cup) , Baking Powder (1 1/4 tsp) , Salt (1 pinch) , and Dark Chocolate Chips (1 handful) , if using, in a bowl.
Step 3
Drop tablespoons of dough on parchment paper and bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool down completely.
