Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Mix the Egg (50 gram), Coconut Oil (5 gram), Protein Powder (10 gram), Granulated Erythritol (15 gram), Soy Flour (25 gram), Baking Powder (5 gram), Salt (1 pinch), and Dark Chocolate Chips (1 handful), if using, in a bowl.
Step 3
Drop tablespoons of dough on parchment paper and bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool down completely.
