Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
In a bowl whisk up Eggs (2) and Brown Sugar (1/2 cup) until foamy and light.
Step 3
Add the Vegetable Oil (3.5 oz) then incorporate the Cacao Powder (1/3 cup) , Baking Powder (1 Tbsp) , Salt (1 pinch) with half of the Type 00 Flour (3/4 cup) , Almond Milk (2 oz) , and whisk the ingredients together gently.
Step 4
Add the remaining half of Type 00 Flour (3/4 cup) and Almond Milk (2 oz) and continue to whisk together. You should get a creamy batter.
Step 5
Stir in 2/3 of the Cherries (3/4 cup) .
Step 6
Oil and dust with flour an 18-centimeter cake pan, pour in the batter, and decorate the top with the remaining Cherries (1/2 cup) and all of the Dark Chocolate Chips (1/4 cup) .
Step 7
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 40 to 45 minutes.
Step 8
Let the cake cool down completely before serving it.
