Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
In a bowl whisk up Egg (2) and Brown Sugar (120 gram) until foamy and light.
Add the Vegetable Oil (100 gram) then incorporate the Almond Milk (50 gram), Baking Powder (10 gram), Type 00 Flour (100 gram) with half of the Cacao Powder (30 gram), Salt (1 pinch), and whisk the ingredients together gently.
Add the remaining half of Almond Milk (50 gram) and Type 00 Flour (100 gram) and continue to whisk together. You should get a creamy batter.
Stir in 2/3 of the Cherry (130 gram).
Oil and dust with flour an 18-centimeter cake pan, pour in the batter, and decorate the top with the remaining Cherry (70 gram) and all of the Dark Chocolate Chips (50 gram).
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 40 to 45 minutes.
Let the cake cool down completely before serving it.
