Make the Earl Grey Tea Syrup: Combine Simple Syrup (to taste) with hot water and Earl Grey Tea (5 bag).
Add Patrón Silver Tequila (1.5 fluid ounce), Patrón Citrónge Orange (0.5 fluid ounce), Lemon (1), Apricot Liqueur (0.5 fluid ounce),half an ounce of the Earl Grey Tea syrup, Orange Blossom Water (3 drop), Sugar Snap Peas (1), and Fresh Mint (1 sprig).
Fill the cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Use a fine strainer to strain into glass rimed with Toasted Pumpkin Seed Oil (to taste) and Smoked Salt (to taste).
Garnish with remaining Fresh Mint (1 sprig) and Sugar Snap Peas (1).
