Mix Soy Sauce (3 Tbsp) , Onion (1/2) , Granulated Sugar (2 Tbsp) , Garlic (1 clove) , Scallions (1 Tbsp) , Rice Wine (2 Tbsp) , Sesame Oil (1 Tbsp) , Coca Cola (1/2 cup) , and French Baby Carrots (5) in a bowl or tupperware to make the marinade.
Step 2
Add the Rib Eye Steak (1 lb) and marinate for a few hours or overnight for best results.
Step 3
Grill, BBQ, or pan-fry until meat is cooked for approximately 30 minutes.
Step 4
Sprinkle with Toasted White Sesame Seeds (1 Tbsp) and serve.
