Into a large bowl, add the juice from Limes (2) together with your Bananas (8). Give the mixture a gentle toss. Set aside for a moment while you work on the jam.

Into a large saucepan, add your Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup) and Water (1/2 cup). Stir the mixture gently over a medium heat. Once the syrup starts to boil, put the lid on the top for 2 minutes to allow it to stand.

Add in the banana and lime mixture into the sauce pan. Turn the heat down to low temperature and allow it to boil for half an hour until the jam is thickened up.
