Place the No Sugar Added Plain Yogurt (64 ounce) in one bowl, mix with 1 cup Honey (2 cup) and 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (2 teaspoon); repeat with the Sugar-Free Strawberry Yogurt (64 ounce).
Cover a sheet pan with plastic film - choose a larger pan for a thinner bark or a smaller pan for a thicker bark.
Spread the plain yogurt evenly on the sheet pan.
Repeat with the strawberry yogurt.
Sprinkle Fresh Raspberries (1 pint) and Fresh Blueberries (1 pint) evenly on the strawberry yogurt. Sprinkle the Pomegranate Seeds (1 cup), peeled Shelled Pistachios (1/8 cup) and Chocolate Chips (1/2 cup) evenly on the plain yogurt.
Cover the yogurts with clear plastic film and freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
When the bark is frozen, remove plastic film and break into pieces the size of your preference.
