Step 1
Place the
No Sugar Added Plain Yogurt (2 tubs)
in one bowl, mix with
Honey (1 cup)
, and
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)

Repeat with the
Sugar-Free Strawberry Yogurt (2 tubs)
by placing it in a separate bowl and combine with
Honey (1 cup)
and
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
.
Step 3
Cover a sheet pan with plastic film - choose a larger pan for a thinner bark or a smaller pan for a thicker bark.
Step 4
Spread the plain yogurt mixture evenly on the sheet pan.
Step 5
Repeat with the strawberry yogurt mixture.
Step 6
Sprinkle
Fresh Raspberries (2 cups)
and
Fresh Blueberries (2 cups)
evenly on the strawberry yogurt.
Step 7
Sprinkle the seeds of a whole
Pomegranate (1)
,
Shelled Pistachios (2 Tbsp)
, and
Chocolate Chips (1/2 cup)
evenly on the plain yogurt.
Step 8
Cover the yogurts with clear plastic film and freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
Step 9
When the bark is frozen, remove plastic film and break into pieces the size of your preference.
