Remove the stems from the Cauliflower (1/2) and cut int into pieces.
Wash thoroughly then lay out on a dish towel and gently pat dry.
In two batches, add the cauliflower to the base of a food processor and process until a rice-like texture is achieved, about 10-12 seconds.
Heat Coconut Oil (1 tablespoon) in a pan over medium heat. Add the Garlic (3 clove) and sauté until it is fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add the cauliflower and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until cauliflower is al-dente. Season with Salt and Pepper (to taste).
Add Ground Turmeric (1/2 teaspoon), Sweet Peas (1 cup), and 2 tsp zest from the Lemon (1), stirring well. When the peas are heated through, remove from the heat.
