Cooking Instructions

Combine the
Cinnamon Sticks (2)

Water (1/2 cup)

Brown Sugar (1/2 cup)
, peel of a
Orange (1)

Black Peppercorns (5)
, and
Whole Cloves (5)
in a pot.

Heat over high heat and let it boil until the sugar dissolves.

Turn the heat to low and let simmer for 30 minutes. Turn the heat off, let it cool, and set aside.
4.
Pour
Spiced Apple Cider (1.5 fl oz)
,
Rye Whiskey (1 fl oz)
,
Dry Vermouth (0.8 fl oz)
, 0.5 fl oz of spiced fall simple syrup, 0.5 oz of juice of
Lemon (1)
, and
Angostura Bitters (2 dashes)
into a mixing glass with ice.

Stir to combine and chill.

Strain out into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a
Luxardo Cherry (1)
