Cooking Instructions
1.
Combine Olive Oil (1 Tbsp), Balsamic Vinegar (1 Tbsp), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) in a small bowl. Whisk until incorporated, then set aside.

Combine your Arugula (1 cup), Peach (1), Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes (1 cup), Red Onions (2 Tbsp), and Fresh Mint (1 Tbsp) in a bowl and pour half of your dressing mixture over. Mix lightly.
3.
Plate your arugula mixture and pour Farro (1/2 cup) over. Top with your Burrata Cheese (1/2) and the last half of your dressing.
