Combine Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup) and Water (1/2 cup) in a pan over medium heat. Stir to combine.
Once combined, add Fresh Basil Leaf (4) and let simmer for 5 minutes. Let cool while making the cocktail.
Add Cynar® Liqueur (1 fluid ounce) and 0.5 oz of cooled basil simple syrup to a glass.
Fill glass with Ice (to taste) and pour in your White Wine (2 fluid ounce) and the juice of a 1/4 Grapefruit (1/4).
Top with a spritz of a juice of a Lime (1) and more Ice (to taste).
Garnish with Dried Hibiscus Flowers (to taste).
