Water (1/3 cup)
in a small bowl and sprinkle over
Gelatin Powder (1 Tbsp)
. Set aside for 5 minutes or until the gelatin has been absorbed.
Cream (1 cup)
Caster Sugar (1 cup)
Vanilla Bean Pod (1)
in a medium saucepan over medium heat and stir to dissolve the sugar.
Bring to a boil, add the gelatin and stir to combine.
Remove from the heat and strain into a bowl.
Milk (1 1/2 cups)
Buttermilk (1 1/2 cups)
and stir gently to combine.
Pour the mixture into serving dishes and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours or until set.
Serve your Basic Buttermilk Panna Cotta and enjoy!
