Place the Water (80 milliliter) in a small bowl and sprinkle over Gelatin Powder (3 teaspoon). Set aside for 5 minutes or until the gelatin has been absorbed.
Combine the Cream (250 milliliter), Caster Sugar (220 gram) and Vanilla Bean Pod (1) in a medium saucepan over medium heat and stir to dissolve the sugar.
Bring to a boil, add the gelatin and stir to combine.
Remove from the heat and strain into a bowl.
Add the Milk (375 milliliter) and Buttermilk (375 milliliter) and stir gently to combine.
Pour the mixture into serving dishes and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours or until set.
