This recipe is my take on the Pisco Sours using my Meyer lemon curd in place of the simple syrup.

Cooking Instructions

In a cocktail shaker, add the Egg White (1), Pisco (2.5 fl oz), Just Jan’s® Meyer Lemon Curd (1 Tbsp), and juice from Lemon (1). Shake vigorously so the egg white is foamy.

Pour in a cocktail glass and top with a dash of Angostura Bitters (1 dash). Enjoy immediately.
