Hawaii and rum have a long history and the local bartenders are more than happy to mix up a refreshing tropical cocktail. I decided to take a rum punch and add a hint of spice. I added my apricot pepper spread which has a jalapeno pepper for an added punch.

Cooking Instructions

In a cocktail shaker or pitcher, mix the Dark Rum (1 fl oz), White Rum (1 fl oz), Orange (1/2), Pineapple Juice (2 fl oz), juice from Lime (1/4), Grand Marnier (0.5 fl oz), and Just Jan's® Apricot Pepper Savory Spread (1 Tbsp). Add ice and shake or stir.

Pour into a glass or jar, then add the Pineapples (1 slice), Oranges (1 slice), Limes (1 slice), and top with a Luxardo Cherry (1).
