Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Combine Ricotta Cheese (16 ounce), Garlic (3 clove), Fresh Thyme (3 tablespoon), Lemon (1), Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste), Kosher Salt (1 teaspoon), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/4 cup), Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup) and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (to taste). Mix until well combined.
Spoon into 1 large (about the size of a 9-inch oven-safe skillet) or several small gratin dishes.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until bubbling and just slightly golden.
Let cool briefly. Serve with Bread (to taste).
