Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Step 2
Combine Ricotta Cheese (2 cups) , Garlic (3 cloves) , Fresh Thyme (3 Tbsp) , Lemon (1) , Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste) , Kosher Salt (1 tsp) , Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/4 cup) , Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup) and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (to taste) . Mix until well combined.
Step 3
Spoon into 1 large (about the size of a 9-inch oven-safe skillet) or several small gratin dishes.
Step 4
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until bubbling and just slightly golden.
Step 5
Let cool briefly. Serve with Bread (to taste) .
