Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Add the Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (2 cups), Baking Powder (1 tsp), Coconut Sugar (4 Tbsp), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 tsp), and Slivered Almonds (1/2 cup) in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, add the Oat Milk (2 cups), Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), and Maple Syrup (2 Tbsp).

Mix the Coconut Sugar (2 Tbsp) and Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (4 Tbsp) together for the crispy topping in a small bowl and leave to the side.

Mix wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir together (the mixture will seem on the wet side). Add Fresh Mixed Berries (1 1/2 cups) and gently stir.

Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish. Sprinkle the crispy topping evenly over the top.

Place into the oven and bake for 40 minutes. This is until the top is browned and crispy and a toothpick goes in and out clean.
