Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 2
Add the Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (2 cups) , Baking Powder (1 tsp) , Coconut Sugar (1/4 cup) , Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp) , and Slivered Almonds (1/2 cup) in a bowl.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, add the Oat Milk (2 cups) , Egg (1) , Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) , and Maple Syrup (2 Tbsp) .
Step 4
Mix the Coconut Sugar (2 Tbsp) and Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1/4 cup) together for the crispy topping in a small bowl and leave to the side.
Step 5
Mix wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir together (the mixture will seem on the wet side). Add Fresh Mixed Berries (1 1/2 cups) and gently stir.
Step 6
Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish. Sprinkle the crispy topping evenly over the top.
Step 7
Place into the oven and bake for 40 minutes. This is until the top is browned and crispy and a toothpick goes in and out clean.
Step 8
Scoop onto plates or into bowls. Serve plain, top with whipped cream, or pour some milk over it.
