Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2.
Into a mixing bowl, add the Ground Beef (1.1 lb), Fresh Cilantro (1/2 cup) and Salsa (2/3 cup). Using your hands mix everything together.
3.
Cut each Puff Pastry (3) in half. Spoon the beef mixture on the edge of each half. Brush the Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1) over the opposite edges of the sheets.
4.
Roll up the sheets, and cut the rolls into 4 even pieces. Brush some of the beaten egg over the rolls, and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.
5.
Serve and enjoy!
