Quarter the Baby Potato (2 kilogram) and boil them for about 15 minutes and leave aside.
Into a fried pan over medium heat, fry the Thick-Cut Bacon (300 gram) until it is nice and crispy.
Into a mixing bowl, add your Mayonnaise (2 cup), Onion Salt (1/2 tablespoon), and Garlic Powder (1 tablespoon). Season with some Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and mix everything together.
Add the Scallion (4), bacon and the dressing to the potatoes. Toss everything up. Garnish the top of the salad with the Egg (6). Serve and enjoy!
