Step 1
Quarter the
Baby Potatoes (13 1/3 cups)
and boil them for about 15 minutes and leave aside.
Step 2
Into a fried pan over medium heat, fry the
Thick-Cut Bacon (10.5 oz)
until it is nice and crispy.
Step 3
Into a mixing bowl, add your
Mayonnaise (2 cups)
,
Onion Salt (1/2 Tbsp)
, and
Garlic Powder (1 Tbsp)
. Season with some
Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
and mix everything together.
Step 4
Add the
Scallions (1 bunch)
, bacon and the dressing to the potatoes. Toss everything up. Garnish the top of the salad with the
Eggs (6)
. Serve and enjoy!
