Cooking Instructions

In a mixing flour, mix together the
Self-Rising Flour (2 cups)
,
Caster Sugar (1/4 cup)
, and
Baking Soda (1/4 tsp)
. Stir the mixture well.

In a mixing jug, whisk together the
Egg (1)

Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp)

Milk (3/4 cup)
.

Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until a nice and smooth dough forms.

Divide your dough into four separate bowls. Add different
Food Coloring (to taste)
of your choice to each bowl.

Grease the frying pan with some
Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed)
. Cook your pancakes 3 minutes on each side.

Serve with
