Cooking Instructions

Step 1
In a mixing flour, mix together the Self-Rising Flour (2 cups) , Caster Sugar (1/4 cup) , and Baking Soda (1/4 tsp) . Stir the mixture well.
Step 2
In a mixing jug, whisk together the Egg (1) , Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp) , and Milk (3/4 cup) .
Step 3
Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until a nice and smooth dough forms.
Step 4
Divide your dough into four separate bowls. Add different Food Coloring (to taste) of your choice to each bowl.
Step 5
Grease the frying pan with some Nonstick Cooking Spray (to taste) . Cook your pancakes 3 minutes on each side.
Step 6
Serve with Butter (to taste) and enjoy!
