Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F).
Step 2
Put the whites of the Eggs (2) in a bowl, and the yolks in two separate cups.
Step 3
Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Step 4
On a baking tray lined with baking paper, place your Bread (2 slices) . Pile up the egg white on each of the slices. With a spoon or a knife, make an indentation on the top of each piles, which should be big enough to hold the egg yolks.
Step 5
Gently drop the two egg yolks in each pile. Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) , and top with some Cheddar Cheese (to taste) . Next, bake inside the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
Step 6
Serve immediately with toast!
