Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F).
Put the whites of the Egg (2) in a bowl, and the yolks in two separate cups.
Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
On a baking tray lined with baking paper, place your Bread (2 slice). Pile up the egg white on each of the slices. With a spoon or a knife, make an indentation on the top of each piles, which should be big enough to hold the egg yolks.
Gently drop the two egg yolks in each pile. Season with Salt and Pepper (to taste), and top with some Cheddar Cheese (to taste). Next, bake inside the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
Serve immediately with toast!
