Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to boil on high heat. Once the water is properly heated, add
Tagliatelle (1 serving)
. Boil for 5 minutes.
Step 2
While the pasta is cooking, bring a skillet to medium-high heat. Add
Butter (1 1/2 Tbsp)
and sauté
Garlic (3 cloves)
,
Capers (1 Tbsp)
, and
Sun-Dried Tomatoes (2 Tbsp)
. Add 1 Tbsp of juice of a
Lemon (1)
and season with
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
.
Step 3
Once the pasta is done, drain and immediately drop it into the pan with sautéed ingredients. Toss to mix for 3-5 minutes.
Step 4
Serve the pasta while hot and garnish with
Shaved Parmesan Cheese (to taste)
,
Microgreens (to taste)
, and 1 Tbsp of lemon zest. Dig in and devour the dark strands!
