step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to boil on high heat. Once the water is properly heated, add Tagliatelle (1 serving). Boil for 5 minutes.

While the pasta is cooking, bring a skillet to medium-high heat. Add Butter (4 tsp) and sauté Garlic (3 cloves), Capers (1 Tbsp), and Sun-Dried Tomatoes (2 Tbsp). Add 1 Tbsp of juice of a Lemon (1) and season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

Once the pasta is done, drain and immediately drop it into the pan with sautéed ingredients. Toss to mix for 3-5 minutes.

Serve the pasta while hot and garnish with Shaved Parmesan Cheese (to taste), Microgreens (to taste), and 1 Tbsp of lemon zest. Dig in and devour the dark strands!
