Sweet Chilli Chicken Rolls is a twist on the traditional Sausage Roll. Chicken Breast Mince is combined with spring onions, parsley, sweet chilli sauce and seasonings. Wrapped in puff pastry and lovingly baked, they are perfect for parties, snacks or served as a main meal with salad - give it a go!

Cooking Instructions

Inside a mixing bowl, mix together the Chicken Breasts (1.1 lb), Scallions (1 bunch), Fresh Parsley (2 tsp), Sweet Chili Sauce (2 Tbsp), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Set aside for later use.

Cut each Puff Pastry (3) in halves. Put the chicken mixture on one side of the halved pastry. Brush the opposite edge with the Egg (1), and roll the pastry up. Continue with the remaining sheets.
3.
Cut your rolls into the sizes that you want. Transfer to a baking tray and bake inside a preheated oven at 220 degrees C (425 degrees F) for about 20 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
