Cooking Instructions
1.
Add 3 slices of a Lemon (1), Peach Purée (2 Tbsp), Maple Syrup (0.8 fl oz), and BACARDÍ® Reserva Ocho Rum (1.5 fl oz) to a highball glass.

Muddle all ingredients in the glass to let the flavors combine.
3.
Add in Ice (as needed) to the cup. Using a bar spoon, stir the drink. Top with more crushed ice.
4.
Garnish with a few sprigs of Fresh Thyme (2 sprigs) and serve immediately.
