Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F).
Prepare and line two 12-centimeter removable pie pans with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl combine Almond Meal (95 gram), zest of the Lemon (1) and Powdered Confectioners Sugar (2 tablespoon) together, and mix well with a hand whisk.
Add Butter (20 gram), Honey (40 gram), Lemon Juice (1 tablespoon) and Large Egg (2) to the bowl. Mix very well with a hand whisk until smooth. Pour evenly into the pans.
Arrange Mango (1) slices on top of the batter. Bake for about 40-45 minutes or until browned and set.
Cool and remove from pan, dust with extra icing sugar on top and serve.
