Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F).
Step 2
Prepare and line two 12-centimeter removable pie pans with parchment paper.
Step 3
In a large mixing bowl combine Almond Meal (1 cup) , zest of the Lemon (1) and Powdered Confectioners Sugar (2 Tbsp) together, and mix well with a hand whisk.
Step 4
Add Butter (1 Tbsp) , Honey (2 Tbsp) , Lemon Juice and Large Eggs (2) to the bowl. Mix very well with a hand whisk until smooth. Pour evenly into the pans.
Step 5
Arrange Mango (1) slices on top of the batter. Bake for about 40-45 minutes or until browned and set.
Step 6
Cool and remove from pan, dust with extra icing sugar on top and serve.
